Installation
=========

Clone the repository::

    git clone https://github.com/yyLIU12138/INSTINCT.git
    cd INSTINCT

Create an environment::

    conda create -n epi_INSTINCT python=3.10
    conda activate epi_INSTINCT

Install the required packages::

    pip install -r requirement.txt

Install INSTINCT::

    python setup.py build
    python setup.py install

Installation may take a few minutes.
